Need Electron - Mapbox - Google Maps Expert for Rally Motorsports software project

We are developing an Electron/Firebase project and initially need assistance completing several projects related to Mapbox GL JS and Google Maps API . See image for a list of projects.
I also need help upgrading from vue2 to vue3. Converting from Electron to Tauri. Adding support for local/multi language in my app.
I am searching for a part time developer (20-30 hours) to complete these Map related tasks. Starting simple and working to more complex projects as we move forward. If it's a good fit and you have the skills, i can expand the work into other areas.
Knowledge of Rally racing and motorsports is a BIG plus.

make google imagery DEFAULT
user can swipe between maps - Mapbox plug in
user can change language on map - Mapbox plug in
user can use ruler tool on map - Mapbox plug in
Street View Ideas - change frame size and zoom logic
Apply Douglas-Peucker algorithm to imported GPX files
Snap to roads: User can choose Mapbox fastest time API or Mapbox shortest distance routing API
User can search for address on map - Mapbox API
up/down keyboard should walk through the roadbook and Map focus
When user loads existing route and maps is locked, users sees pop up on the screen unlock route. Yes/no?
Overlay track changes color or style with each new overlay file added
Migrate to Mapbox GL JS v3
Waypoint distance on map
Pro user can see speed limit at selected location on map screen.
When snapping to roads - do NOT place track points 50m (?) before or after waypoint
User can toggle map view with clickable icon on map - toggle thru 3 views - change icon?
KILL right-click to follow roads
user can import multiple Overlay files at same time.
User can use the same CTRL/CMD key when dragging a trackpoint to follow roads/directions
user can add "Note Point" on map - a pin with text details attached
User can turn off track points on map
User can draw overhead safety plan of each waypoint on map with drawing and text tools
letting pro users build their own mapbox styles in Studio
user can Snapshot the street view image as a picture in text box
User can configure map road color Light roads. Dark roads. No roads
Right click map to add place marker
user can annotate and print complete course map to PDF or PNG
Waypoint # on map
User can configure map display options in Map menu - Show/Hide Details
User can hide roadbook image from the screen to see more map view
User can toggle on the waypoint target button to always zoom selected roadbook waypoint to top of screen.
when importing a KML - show placemarks on Map -
wheel-click: make map clicks similar to Google Earth
