Mac & Windows time tracking app for employees to clock in and out, takes screenshots, tracks apps and URLs used

Hello! I'm looking to create a custom time tracking app that will be universal across Mac and Windows systems. It not only needs to be able to track employees' clock in and clock out hours, but it should also take random screenshots of their computers to ensure work is being done, as well as track applications used and URLs visited, how long is spent in each app or website to get a more detailed understanding of employee activity. This information should all be saved in MySQL. Also, should have a web portal to view this information and allow the admin to take a screenshot of the user's computer on demand.
