Create a tauri/electron app that opens two website into a single window and performs few actions after that

I'm looking for someone to help me build a tauri/electron app that will combine two websites into one window and be able to handle user interface interactions.
basic req:
- the app should be able to open both of the websites in a window 50/50 view
- then when there's a change in the UI of one website, it should also trigger a change in the UI and hit a specific URL of the other website
