Create macOS Universal Electron App

I am looking for someone who can build a macOS Universal Electron App:
- I have provided the package.json, index.js etc file for building it. This package successfully creates a Windows version that installs the app. I used Visual Studio, Electron and npm commands do this. I need a macOS equivalent version.
- Have the latest version of Chrome Installed, and ensure the useragent in the index.html matches it.
- You need a Mac that can build Universal Electron apps (M1 and non-M1 versions in one app)
- Use the latest electron packages:
npm install electron@latest --save-dev
npm install electron-packager@latest --save-dev
npm install electron-builder --save-dev
npm install
npm start

Timeline:
- I prefer the project to be completed within 2 days.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience in developing macOS Universal Electron Apps.
- Proficiency in packaging the app with the latest Chrome version and opening a specific URL.
