repair drill battery

I’m in need of a freelancer to help me repair my ph11 power handle 2.6ah drill battery it is for Power8 Workshop. i attached photos of the handle. the main problem is batteries dead need to replace so i need to guide me how to replace it with correct way to avoid any mistakes.
