H&S maintenance

I'm looking for a qualified professional to provide maintenance to some of our equipment. The type of equipment that needs the maintenance is electrical board/ PAT testing/ emergency light/fire alarm systems . I'm specifically seeking routine maintenance rather than any repair of damaged equipment or complete system overhaul. I'm open to a flexible timeline but would like the job done as soon as possible.
