Electric Forklift Repair
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am in urgent need of forklift repair services. The forklift is currently inoperable. It is an electric forklift. See attached name plate for manufacturing model number/serial number. For the bid, please include all anticipated costs (labor, parts, etc.). If more information is needed from us before you can provide an accurate quote/bid, let us know and we will provide.
Issue is likely with the hydraulics/hydraulic pump. Symptoms are as follows:
1. Difficult to turn the steering wheel
2. The mast shakes when lifting loads
3. Hydraulic fluid leaks from fluid spout
Recent repairs completed:
1. Replaced a total of 3x hydraulic hoses
2. Replaced hydraulic oil filter
3. Replaced steering piston in the back of the forklift
4. New battery (as of spring 2023)
