Townhome Rewiring & Circuit Breaker Upgrade

I am seeking a licensed electrician to completely rewire my townhome. This project involves replacing the existing aluminum wiring with copper wiring throughout the entire house. Please note:
- The entire townhome will need rewiring.
- All wiring should be copper.
- An upgraded circuit breaker panel is required as part of this project.
I do not need smart home integrations or new outlets or switches at this time. However, the ideal candidate for this project should have a strong background in residential rewiring, and experience with circuit breaker panel upgrades. Your bid should include a timeline for project completion, as well as any potential challenges you foresee with this type of project.
