Repair a behringer pmp3000 mixing board

I have a powered mixing board rated for 600 + 600 watt output to a pair of passive speakers via speakon, however there is no output from the speakers. The speakers are clearly in working condition, they both ran fine on a ts to speakon cable running from the low powered output but they are non-functional via the powered out. I tested them on a mono-main setup, stereo and bridge through daisy-chaining the speakers. The FX is also not working as expected. Any help would be appreciated.
