As such we're always looking to develop new revolutionary devices that can change hospital patient's lives as a lot of our customers are in the medical field.
To give a brief resume we need you to build a custom generator that takes the 120 Volt 60 Hertz coming from the average US wall outlet and convert it into an output of 100,000 volt at at 25 µA. Microamps ( 25 microampere = 0.000025 ampere ) at a frequency of at least 800 Megahertz (between 800mhz and 5Ghz).
The output electricity discharge would be released at the top of a metallic dome like a Van de Graaff generator.
Now we want to bring the precision that we are NOT Van de Graaff generator.
Instead you are to build a device that has the same shape or overall outer design as a Van de Graaff generator, in the meaning that it's a box package with internal components that has a USA Wall outlet plug and a Metallic dome at the top.
Please see the attached pictures for reference of the overall shape we seek the device to have.
And when the user touches the metallic dome at the top while the device is running the continuous electric charge of 100,000 volts at 25 Microamps ( 0.000025 amp ) at a frequency of at least 800 Megahertz (between 800Mhz and 5Ghz).
So now you might be asking why would anyone want to subject the human body to an electric charge.
Well medical study purposes.
We work with multiple startup companies in the medical field always looking for the next breakthrough in bio-technology, looking for new way to heal or understand the impact of electricity and frequencies on the human body.
Once again we do understand that this may be new to some of you applying once again, many are always skeptical until the concept is proven and tested.

Recent studies have suggested that running a low current high frequency (above 800 Mhz) electric charges through the human body may assist in healing damaged stem cells.
As an electrical engineer, you should be aware that a current of 25 µA. Microamps ( 0.000025 amp ) is non lethal for most human.
The impact of this discharge of energy is to stimulate cells movement.
You may have learned that cells in the human body do carry voltage, now the difference is that cells within the human body operate at Megahertz frequency instead of hertz.
Other medical facilities using items like kangen water which is water that was energized with electrons, were able to accelerate cell repairs and even notice improvements in overall health.
We have been tasked with producing a device that can be used to study the effect of such high frequency energy going through the human body. This project is for experimental purposes only.

So why do we request for the device to be shaped or carry a similar design to a Van de Graaff generator?
We want to clarify that you are not building a Van de Graaff generator. A Van de Graaff generator works by having a timing belt that creates friction which then creates static charge which is then transferred to the metallic dome at the top which the user touches.
The goal of our project is to transfer a high voltage ultra low amperage high frequency (800Mhz +) through the human body.
Now the point of contact came as subject of decision. And the Van de Graaff design already does it perfectly as it's a simple metallic dome that the user simply have to touch to receive the low amperage non lethal discharge.
We see it as a layout that already works for this we choose it.
But remember the inner components of the device you are to build is essentially "Alike" to a transformer.
We state alike because we give you total freedom to choose what internal components and part you will be using in order to achieve the desired output.
