Commercial Building Electrical Renovation In Indianapolis
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
We are renovating a commercial building in Indianapolis, Indiana and need a licensed electrician to install new electrical panels, meters, and transformers outside the building. Copper was stolen from the old internal panel, and city codes now require all electrical infrastructure to be installed externally.
Details:
• The building is being divided into three separate storefronts:
• Store 1 (Laundromat): 3,700 sq ft – 800 amps, 3-phase
• Store 2 (Middle small space): 1,500 sq ft – 200 amps
• Store 3 (Convenience store): 3,000 sq ft – 400 amps
• Scope includes installation of panels, meters, and transformers to make basic electrical service functional for construction and future tenant build-outs.
• All work must comply with local electrical codes.
• Blueprints and plans have already been completed by an engineer/architect, so all layouts and specifications are ready.
Requirements:
• Licensed electrician (Journeyman or Master preferred)
• Experience with commercial electrical installations
