units with 2 induction points (electrical transfer) to light-up LEDS

is it possible to build so hardware so it would be possible to conduct electrical currents between units by induction (like a contactless rechargeable toothbrush) 4 units to starts and have charging points at both extremities that would be the contact point for both ends of the block chain

also what would be the maximum voltage allowed for such a setup
