stabilizer comparison by an electrical engineer

I am looking for an electrical engineer who can help me compare voltage stabilizers for commercial use. The ideal candidate should have experience in electrical engineering and be knowledgeable in the various types of voltage stabilizers available in the market.
Type of Stabilizers:
- The client is interested in comparing voltage stabilizers
Primary Application:
- The stabilizers will be used for commercial purposes
Brands and Models:
- The client has a list of specific brands and models they would like to compare, as well as open to recommendations.
I have 2 Chinese suppliers, and I need a second opinion as to which one is better. The price difference is negligible.
Reason for installing the stabilizer is because the voltage drops from 220V to 160V on a single phase and from 380 volt to 316 volt and the motors are breaking down.
