I am looking for an experienced freelancer to help with a project that involves designing a solar tracking system. The ideal system should have dual-axis tracking with an accuracy of +/- 0.05°, and feature a medium tracking speed.

The project should involve research into the best components available and their integration into the most effective solar tracking system possible. The freelancer should be experienced in this field of work and be able to commit to working on all aspects of the project.

Ideally, the freelancer should be able to develop a comprehensive design, blueprint and detailed set of instructions that fully outlines how the tracking system should be constructed. Expertise in providing quality and accurate documentation is expected during the course of this project.

This project requires knowledge of and experience with a range of topics, such as: electromechanical engineering and control systems, solar photovoltaic systems, engineering design and simulations.

The project should be completed within an agreed timeframe and to given budget requirements. Technical support should also be available throughout the development process.
