small gear box design

Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that these are my speed increase gear requirements as requested.
I would like to inform you that I would like to have a small simple and workable gearbox for a business project. I actually need different gear sizes but I need a small sample to see it's workability.
The Gear Box
The pulley input 4 HP and Output 40 HP. Please could you calculate the output shaft torque correctly to design the shaft.
The House or box would be able to hold two different sizes of pulleys. The motor (input) would have 78 teeth, the output would have 25 teeth.
The gearbox is a parallel system.
All the shafts would be fixed to Silicon Nitride Bearings in the gearbox. The gear box would be able to have oil inlet to fill and outlet to drain. To have external counter to know the mile covered for service.
The box will have an oil gauge that allows measuring oil level. I would be pleased if it could have an inlet and outlet for the water cooling system to be installed.
I attached the preliminary design concepts with the email.
A) Motor shaft input
1) Bigger shaft gear with 78 teeth ring gear
2) 32 Millimetre thick
3) 213 Millimetre diameter ring
B) counter shaft
Smaller size with the same 78/25 teeth
counter shaft, the 25 teeth is connected to the motor shaft
Pinion gear 25 teeth
78/25 =3.12:1
32 Millimetre thick
C) shaft output
Rotator gear 25 teeth
D) External counter
To have external counter to know the mile covered for service.
