run ESP32 for 24 hour per day with solar Panel

I am seeking a freelancer who can assist me in running my ESP32 device 24 hours a day using a solar panel. This ESP32 is running an E-Paper LCD of 2.7 inches. My goal is to have the ESP32 operate in sleep mode, wake up periodically to update data from the cloud, and then return to sleep for 15 minutes, repeating this cycle.

The ideal freelancer for this project should possess expertise in both ESP32 devices and solar panel systems.

Requirements:

1. Knowledge of ESP32 types and models, as well as their power consumption.
2. Proficiency in solar panel systems and their installation, including solar power management devices.
3. The ability to select and recommend an appropriate solar panel for my project based on the power consumption of the ESP32 device.
4. Familiarity with the average sunlight hours in different locations and the capability to determine the best placement for the solar panel.

The primary task for the freelancer is only to provide me with information regarding the required devices and components, guidance on their procurement, and instructions on how to connect them effectively."
