I need a soldering specialist

Hi, I am in need of a soldering specialist who will replace faulty LED bulbs on our LED panels (see attached pictures). As we are unable to acquire new bulbs for this particular LED panels we have, we have plenty of spare panels we can give you to take out working bulbs to be used to complete this job. Please advise if you are able to do this and at what cost per panel? In total there will be at least 60 panels to fix. Each panel can contain from 6-12 dead bulbs.
