I need an electrical engineer to get a permit from Orange County for battery energy storage system.

I am seeking an experienced electrical engineer to draw up a plan to obtain an ELECTRICAL PERMIT from the Orange County Municipal Authority, CA for a battery energy storage system. The type of system I need the permit for is a Lithium-ion BESS to be installed within one to two months, depending upon how soon we secure the permit from the authority. The solar PVs have been installed before. BESS is only an add-on. The brands and makers of Solar PV and BESS are different. We will install four 13.5kWh BESS with an inverter included in each battery. If you think you have the necessary skills and recent experience, please let me know immediately. Thanks!
