I need an electrical engineer

I am developing a new product based on standard electrical socket and need someone who has experience in this field. They need to be able to understand BS requirements and CE tesing requirements. I also need someone who has experience in micro switched, wi fi boosting. integrating induction loops to power batteries. The candidate needs to have a very wide based knowledge.
