I am trying to work out a bespoke electrical circuit for a slave / tandem heating system which includes a gavity fed standard Y configuration CH and HW gas boiler with a mid port valve and now a slave pellet boiler stove.
The pellet boiler stove has an integral pump which activates when the water in the boiler reaches 70c. At this stage I want the system pump to be activated and water to be pump into the HW cylinder until the cylinder thermostat reaches 70c at this stage the mid port valve would activate both grey and white wires to dump ongoing hot water into the central heating.
Importantly I want it to do this using the existing system pump, mid port valve and cylinder thermostat that is part of the gas system. It is the case that the two ststem will not run at the same time. This is part of us having a tandem / slave sysrem that will allow us to switch between gas and pellet heat sources.
