240V AC mains undervoltage and overvoltage cutoff circuit

This is mainly a basic circuit design.
I want an undervoltage and overvoltage cutoff circuit for 240V AC mains.
The functional requirements are such:
Min Voltage: 100V
Max Voltage: 290V
Max Power drawn: 300W (for eg. 1.2A@250V, or 3A@100V)
The input circuit should be cutoff outside the min-max voltage range (variable).
Also, it should be a non-relay cutoff. So you can think of triacs or mosfets or anything else.
I want the circuit alongwith the Material list (eg. 12V transformer, diodes etc.).
