I am looking for someone to teach me Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC programming. -- 3

I will be learning PLC programming from scratch. I would like to learn RS Logix tool usage and writing ladder logic and as well as HMI programming. I am also looking to learn Siemens TIA portal programming as well as WinCC HMI programming. I will try to have classes until I get hands on experience. Thank you.
