electrical engineer for powder coating oven

We are building a 16x8x8 curing oven at our shop out of steel. We have a 3,000,000 btu NG burner that will be utilized to heat the oven. We need the oven to maintain 400F in order to cure the parts. Working temperatures are plus or minus 50F of the 400F. We need a PID and thermocouple system designed to work in unison with the carlin burner. It needs to control the amount of gas, and two fans that circulate heat through the oven.
