to design a reliable and strong electrical system for my 6'x12' enclosed trailer conversion to dog grooming trailer

I have multiple electrical components Doc attached) that will be needed in my trailer, that ill need to perform my day-to-day duties as a dog groomer.
I need to know
how much electricity needs to be produced for each item
what size of wire do I need to use
wiring diagram of all circuits
how many circuits/space will be needed from the breaker out
and a complete design of wiring from a generator, shore power, or combination of both, I'm also open to the idea of using batteries and solar charging too
it needs to be reliable for daily use
