I am looking for a skilled and experienced designer to create a design for an underwater acoustic communication system. The main objective of this project is to compare multiple modulation schemes, including NOMA, OFDM, Inex Mod MA, and chirp spread spectrum modulation. The client is particularly interested in comparing the schemes based on their Symbol Error Rate (SER).
