circuit to sense EEG data

I am looking for a freelancer to design a circuit that can sense EEG data. The circuit should have the following requirements:

- Desired Output: Both analog and digital signals
- Required Input Voltage Range: The EEG data to be sensed should be between 0-100 uV
- Desired Sampling Rate: Please specify the desired sampling rate

Ideal Skills and Experience:

- Experience in designing circuits for sensing EEG data
