circuit design for bms module and packs -- 2

I am looking for a skilled and experienced circuit designer to help me with the design of a BMS module and packs. The project involves the following requirements:

Circuit Design (Kicad, Fritzring) for PCB and Block diagrams
Simulation (Proteus) for conceptual design to be used for automotives
Solid-metal battery monitoring and control literatures that will help better understanding of its application in mobility and environmental modality
