H-bridge Circuit Design

I am looking to design an H-bridge circuit that will need to operate in a voltage range between 800-900 V. The circuit will also need to handle a maximum current of 600A or more in less than 300 microseconds; driving an inductive load. It is important to me that the circuit be well designed and reliable, so that I can be confident in its performance.
