Hello there!

I am looking for a skilled VLSI designer to assist me with my digital design project on Cadence virtuoso. The project is currently in the beginning stage and I require assistance in creating a digital design.

Specific requirements for this project include:

- Expertise in digital design on Cadence
- Strong understanding of VLSI design principles and methodologies
- Ability to work on a project of intermediate complexity

Ideal skills and experience for this job include:

- Proficiency in Cadence software
- Experience in digital design projects
- Knowledge of VLSI design techniques and tools

You need to design a 16-bit carry-bypass adder in this project. The adder accepts two 16-bit numbers as
inputs and produces the sum of these two numbers as the output. You will be using the TSMC 0.18μm
CMOS process. The supply voltage is 1.8V. Sum and final carry outputs drive 25fF extrinsic load
capacitance. The objective of the project is to realize a 16-bit carry-bypass adder, demonstrate full functionality, and characterize performance with post-layout simulation.
