I am writing on behalf of the city of Annapolis, MD and am trying to establish a VHF automated radio check service for our town located on the Chesapeake bay. I am trying to find or create equipment that can be activated by a caller's signal, record their transmission and then transmit back to the caller with a short message and a recording of the caller's original transmission.
I'd like to find someone with expertise who can put this together.
