We are seeking market intelligence from a seasoned Energy Consultant. Must reside and have worked in Kent County, Michigan, with deep expertise in evaluating and implementing utility cost-saving energy efficiency measures, operational controls, and Distributed Energy Resources (DERs) in manufacturing facilities across Kent County, MI, and other regions in Michigan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert insights on utility costs, including electricity, water, and gas.
- Must reside and worked in Kent County, MI in Manufacturing Facilities. Responsible for managing utility cost saving projects.
- Identify leading companies, equipment financing options for green projects, and cost-saving energy measures being used by manufacturing businesses across Michigan.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in evaluating and implementing energy efficiency initiatives and other cost-saving energy measures for manufacturing facilities. Experience with hotels, food & beverage, and schools is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of energy rebates, incentives, and financing programs available in Michigan to support cost-saving initiatives.
