Urgent Residential Building MEP Design

Job ID: 39941790

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I need a qualified MEP engineer to take my residential building from architectural plans to a fully coordinated set of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing documents as quickly as possible. The house is already modeled in AutoCAD; what’s missing are code-compliant system designs that can go straight to permitting and construction.

Scope
– Mechanical: HVAC load calculations, equipment selection, duct and piping layouts, schedules.
– Electrical: load calculations, panel schedules, single-line diagrams, lighting & power layouts, grounding and low-current allowances.
– Plumbing: water supply and drainage schematics, fixture counts, venting, hot-water recirculation where applicable.

Deliverables
1. Signed and stamped PDF drawings (A3/A1 sheets as required)
2. Editable DWG files that align with my current architectural X-refs
3. Calculations and equipment schedules in Excel or PDF
4. A short coordination report noting any architectural or structural clashes you detect

Acceptance Criteria
• All drawings conform to the latest local residential codes and NFPA/ASHRAE/IPC standards.
• File layering matches the NCS CAD standard so my GC can integrate them immediately.
• First draft due within one week of contract award; final package no later than two weeks, unless we mutually agree to a different date.

Please briefly outline your relevant experience with residential MEP, software you’ll use (Revit, AutoCAD, HAP, Dialux, etc.), and confirm you can start right away.
