Understanding on Electric bikes(All the technical aspects)

We want some one to explain all tech aspects related to EVs. Not the basics. We want someone who really knows the design and optimization mechanisms, related formulas, in depth knowledge on regenerative systems etc. The project will be long term where we will be giving 300-400 INR per lecture. You will have to do some research (if you don't know the subject). People who has experience in the field of EVs will be more preferred.
