Ultrasonic Water Meter Flow Section Design

I need a flow meter section designed for an ultrasonic water meter. The primary function of this flow meter will be to measure water flow rate in a residential environment.

Key Requirements:
- The flow meter needs to be able to output data wirelessly.
- Experience with designing residential-grade ultrasonic flow meters is highly desirable.
- Understanding of wireless transmission systems is crucial.
- Knowledge of flow meter technology and water measurement is essential.
- Ensure minimal pressure loss,
- Provide sufficient signal level, shape, and stability on the receiving side for further processing and to meet metrological requirements,
• Material: brass with plastic inserts.
• Provide space for mounting the temperature sensor (in the calculator holder).
• It is acceptable to use different mirror arrangements for different DN sizes.
• Types:
o DN25 – threaded connection.
• Connection dimensions in mm:
o DN25-160.
• Threads and connection type:
o Threads: DN25-1”1/2.
• The flowmeter section must indicate the direction of flow.

Freelancers with a strong background in engineering, particularly in designing ultrasonic water meters, will be given preference.
