Transformer 3 phase inverter - Electrical Engineer expert

I am looking for an Electrical Engineer expert to design a transformer 3 phase inverter for a commercial application. The project requirements are as follows:

We are running into some issues with IR2110 and Mosfet burning and i want someone with some experience to help resolve the issue.
