Three Phase Solar Line Diagram Design

I'm in need of a qualified professional to create a line diagram for a three phase solar system. The system outputs 208v, goes into an isolation transformer, and gets converted into 240v at 60 amps. Please note, the utility company has restrictions that prevent us from landing on the stinger. A defunct solar company installed this and has since went out of business and left these guys hanging. The utility says that I need to put in an isolation transformer to convert three phase 208 to 240 and not land on the stinger.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Designing a comprehensive line diagram
- Detailing the necessary equipment in the drawing
- Providing the final line diagram in a PDF format
- Supplying a full technical data for each piece of equipment

I'm open to all brands and have no specific preferences. The ideal candidate for this project should have:
- Extensive experience in electrical engineering
- A strong understanding of solar energy systems
- Proficiency in creating detailed line diagrams
- Skills in providing full technical data for equipment
