Texas Electrical Engineer Needed

I need a licensed Texas electrical engineer to stamp my drawings for adding a battery system (over 10 kWh) to my existing grid-tied solar setup.

Requirements:
- Texas electrical engineering license
- Experience with solar and battery systems
- Ability to review and stamp technical drawings
