Tesla turbine

I am looking for a skilled engineer to help build a Tesla turbine with an output power of 1-10 kW. The purpose of the turbine is for power generation. I prefer the turbine to be constructed of steel, but will consider other materials such as brass. A successful candidate will have a track record of building turbines, with emphasis specifically on Tesla turbines. Having experience in fluid dynamics research is a plus. The goal is to create a low power generating turbine that is efficient, reliable, and environmentally friendly. The expected timeline for completion of the project is 2-4 weeks, depending on the findings and progress made. I already have the turbine but I need to make it operational.
