EV Technician for Conversion Business

I'm in need of an Electric Vehicle Technician to support my EV conversion business. The ideal candidate will perform the following:
- Execute model-based designs for various conversion projects
- Produce conversion products that meet all safety standards
The technician will work with interns, conduct EV technician orientation, and develop a curriculum for beginners. The primary focus will be on cars and scooters.
Ideal Skills:
- Experience in EV conversion projects
- Proficient in model-based designs
- Knowledgeable in safety standards for EV products
- Teaching or mentoring experience is a plus
