TCAD Simulation for Silicon PIN PD

Use Silvaco TCAD to simulate and write a report for a silicon-based PIN photodetector.
The experiment and report must meet the following requirements:
- Use Silvaco TCAD to simulate a PIN silicon photodetector.
- Provide simulation analysis and explanation.
- Analyze the following aspects:
• Dark current
• Photocurrent
• Quantum absorption efficiency
• Doping concentration
- Include multiple simulation plots/images, such as:
• IV curves
• QE graphs
• Doping profiles
• Structure diagrams
• Band diagrams
- The final report should be 14 to 18 pages long (can be in Word or PDF).
- The report should be simple but complete, focusing on the analysis of simulation results.
Deliverables:
- Report document (Word/PDF, 14–18 pages)
- All simulation files (.in, output, images)
