Streaming data via software defined radio (SDR) in Simulink

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with streaming data ( specifically camera but NOT from a Android/mobile. The camera can be anything from a USB to version with Simulink hardware support) via software defined radio (SDR) in Simulink. Specifically, I am using the Pluto SDR platform for this project. The main purpose of the streaming data is communication system design, and I would like the output format of the streamed data to be in real-time display.

Ideal skills and experience for the job include:

- Proficiency in Simulink and software defined radio (SDR)
- Experience with Pluto SDR platform
- Knowledge of communication system design
- Familiarity with real-time display of data
