Strata Electrical Switchboard Upgrade
Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 AUD
I am currently seeking a knowledgeable and experienced electrician to replace my strata's main electrical switchboard. Presently, we have a 400A system (45 apartments) We are in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs (Darling Point). As a professional, I'll rely on your advice on the best and most efficient placement of this switchboard.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Experience with similar upgrade projects
- Ability to assess and advice on optimum switchboard location
- Proficient with 400A systems (upgraded for 630A to be a future proof)
- include provision for EV charging (Type 1, 45 GPOs)
- provision for solar
- run the tendering process
