Stamped Engineered Drawings for Electrical Permit

Must be licensed in the state of New Mexico, USA. Need stamped engineered drawings to obtain permit for electrical panel modifications to an Albuquerque, NM, USA residential home. There are 2 panels and 320A main service. The two panels have a 150A and 125A main breaker, respectively. Proposed work that should appear in the drawings includes upgrading the 125A main breaker to 150A, upgrading one of the smaller breakers in the 150A panel (currently connected to an HVAC condenser unit) from 30A to 40A, adding 2 surge protectors, and adding two grounding rods. Need to check wires from meter to panels to ensure they are the right size. Will also add mechanical strapping where required.
