Solid State Relay Design for Motors

I am looking for an experienced electrical engineer to design a 20A DC (3-6Volt) to 220-450V AC Solid State Relay. The primary purpose of this relay will be to control inductive loads, specifically the inductive load in motors.

The primary requirements for the project are as follows:

• Experience in designing Solid State Relays.
• Profound knowledge of the conversion between DC and AC power.
• Ability to create a design that effectively regulates voltage levels.
• A keen understanding of the specifics of working with inductive loads, particularly those present in motors.

Moderate importance is placed on the minimization of heat generation in your Solid State Relay design. While an effective temperature control in the solid state relay is desired, this factor should not largely compromise the other essential functions of the relay.

Ideal skills for this job include electrical engineering, power electronics, solid-state devices, and understanding of inductive loads. Previous experience in similar projects will be a plus. Your technical expertise and practical approach will be essential for the success of this project.
