Solar PV Design Engineer

I represent Al-Intishar Al-Thahabi for General Trading, Transportation, Contracting, Engineering Services, Project Management & Rehabilitation, General Services, and General Investments LLC.
We are seeking a Solar PV Design Engineer who can support us on a per-project basis by preparing complete technical design packages for commercial and industrial solar projects.

Scope of Work
For each assigned project, you will be responsible for delivering:
Detailed PV system design (On-Grid, Hybrid, or Off-Grid depending on the project)
PV layout drawings using AutoCAD, Helioscope, or equivalent software
PVSyst reports including yield estimation, system losses, PR, and performance simulations
Single Line Diagrams (SLD) for DC and AC systems
Cable sizing, protection coordination, inverter selection, and equipment specification
Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
Technical notes and calculations, including assumptions and design logic
Optional: Tender technical documents or engineering support during proposal preparation

Required Skills
Candidates should demonstrate:
Strong experience in designing solar PV systems for commercial or industrial applications
Proficiency in PVSyst, AutoCAD, PV*SOL, Helioscope, or similar design tools
Solid understanding of IEC/NEC/IEEE standards and best practices
Ability to produce clean, accurate, and professional engineering deliverables
Clear communication and commitment to deadlines
