Software defined radio - Find the frequency

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me detect the frequency of a shortwave signal using software defined radio technology. The ideal candidate should have experience with SDR and be able to work with a miniwhip antenna that I have already purchased from Amazon.

Requirements:
- Ability to detect shortwave signals using SDR technology
- Experience working with miniwhip antennas
- Knowledge of software defined radio technology
- Ability to provide recommendations for any necessary software or hardware
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
