Smart Car EV conversion

I have already purchase 24 of 240ah Lifepo4 cels to provide 72v nominal to my controller. I need assistance to build the charge system. Seems to be a bewildering array of products and I'm not sure how to proceed. I'm going to bottom balance my cels and need a programable charger to reliably get to the preset maximum charge. I may go to 390ah cels at a later date but stay with the 72v. I haven't used public chargers to date as I normally charge at home but it would be a good consideration. I have 220v 60hz supply here in Kentville, Nova Scotia, Canada. Thank you for considering my project. Randy
