Small Pipe Bending Machine Electrical Upgrade
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I'm in need of an accomplished electrical engineer or technician to assist in upgrading my small pipe bending machine. The key focus of this project is to upgrade the current 240 volts three-phase system to a more efficient 415 volts three-phase system.
Key responsibilities and requirements include:
- Upgrading the motor, control panel, and wiring to accommodate the new 415 volts three-phase system. My electrician can do the upgrade, just require a new electrical schematic to work from ie electrical drawing
Most components are already 400+volts
Mainly the motor requires changing and some altercations of wiring in panel box
- Ensuring the upgrade meets the specific voltage ratings required
- Focusing on creating a system that prioritizes improved energy efficiency
The ideal candidate should have:
- Proven experience in similar electrical upgrades of industrial machinery
- Expertise in the necessary electrical components for a seamless transition to 415 volts three phase
- A strong understanding of energy efficiency practices in electrical systems
