Size a transformer and breaker for 3 phase

I am looking for an experienced electrical engineer to help me size a transformer and breaker for a 3 phase project with the following requirements:
Load Requirement:

Operating Voltage:
- The transformer should operate at a voltage of up to 480V.
Primary Application:
- The transformer will be used for an industrial application.
