Simulink design of electrical power system

I am looking for someone who can help me design a Simulink model for a electrical power system in order to reproduce a paper results.The primary goal of the project is control design. The ideal candidate should have experience in electrical power engineering and expertise in Simulink, specifically in control design and analysis. The following are the key requirements for the project:

- the model is already designed you just need to recreate it
- The model should be able to simulate the behavior of the system under the fault situation
- Implement the control design to ensure optimal performance of the system in the fault situation
- Test and validate the model using real-world data
- Provide detailed documentation of the Simulink model and the control design approach

The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in Simulink, specifically in control design
- Familiarity with renewable energy systems, particularly solar power
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
